保存条件Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

单抗的制备过程：
1.动物免疫：注射特定抗原蛋白
2.分离脾淋巴细胞：与培养好的骨髓瘤细胞混合，人工诱导细胞融合。
3.细胞融合：淋巴细胞杂交瘤的制备
4.杂交瘤细胞的筛选：HAT选择培养基筛选出杂交瘤细胞。
5.培养杂交瘤细胞：体外培养杂交瘤细胞，从培养液中分离提取单克隆抗体。或者，将杂交瘤细胞移植到小鼠腹腔内，从小鼠腹水中分离提取单克隆抗体。
