    保存条件    Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

    趋化素样蛋白抗体产品介绍    background:
    CKLF is a cytokine. Cytokines are small proteins that have an essential role in the immune and inflammatory responses. This gene is one of several chemokine-like factor genes located in a cluster on chromosome 16. CKLF protein is a potent chemoattractant for neutrophils, monocytes and lymphocytes. It also can stimulate the proliferation of skeletal muscle cells. CKLF may play important roles in inflammation and in the regeneration of skeletal muscle. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.

    单抗制备过程：
    1.提取合成专一性抗体的单个B淋巴细胞（不能在体外生长）。
    2.应用细胞杂交技术使骨髓瘤细胞与B淋巴细胞融合，得到杂交瘤细胞。
    3.对杂交瘤细胞进行细胞培养，选出所需要的细胞群，并进行克隆化培养，得到稳定的杂交瘤细胞，再进行大规模培养获得单克隆抗体。
    4.提纯，一般常用金黄色葡萄球菌蛋白A－琼脂糖4B亲和层析法。
